Evaluation and Reporting

This assignment is an evaluation and reporting plan that will satisfy the RFP requirements from the specific Department of Justice (DOJ) RFP opportunity, OJJDP FY 2011 Comprehensive Anti-Gang Strategies and Programs (see attached).
This assignment follows previously submitted assignments, which include the Unit #1 Grant Outline, Unit #3 Grant Narrative, and the Unit #4 Budget (see attached documents or uploads for reference in use in writing this assignment). Further, the Sustainability Plan should be included and resubmitted in this assignment. Please visit http://www.ojjdp.gov/grantees/pm/faq.html for a brief review of common U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) reporting questions. While the OJJDP does not require performance measures to be submitted initially for this RFP, this assignment should include:
• A 2-3 page description of your program’s evaluation metrics and performance measures. This assignment should address:
• What methods will be used to evaluate your program?
• What measurable objectives will be used to determine the success and impact of the program?
• How will data be collected?
• What data metrics will be included in your evaluation and reporting plan.
• What will your reporting plan to the DOJ include? .
• Assign grant-specific deadlines for each reporting milestone, e.g., progress report will be due 6 months after the start of the grant period. (visit http://www.ojjdp.gov/grantees/timelines.html for evaluation timeline example)
• Include your full sustainability plan.
In addition to fulfilling the specifics of the assignment, a successful sustainability plan expense review must also meet the following criteria:
 
• Include the main RFP evaluation and reporting requirements.
• At least four resources from both the public and private grant-making sectors are used.
• Apply at least eight RFP requirements to grant evaluation metrics and reporting plans, adhering to all RFP mandates.
• Analyze at least eight RFP project outcomes, methods, and budget in the creation of grant evaluation and sustainability planning.
• Create at least eight comprehensive evaluation metrics and at least eight components of a reporting plan and timeline.
• Length should be 2-3 pages (for discussion) in 10-12 point font (Arial, Courier, and Times New Roman are acceptable).
 
• Assignment should follow the conventions of Standard American English (correct grammar, punctuation, outline format, etc.).
 
• Writing should be well ordered, logical, and unified, as well as original and insightful.
 
• Your work should display superior content, organization, style, and mechanics.
 
• Appropriate citation style (APA format) should be followed.
